About This Role

Join our Corporate Law team as a Senior Associate to handle strategic corporate transactions, M&A, and corporate restructuring for local and multinational clients. This position is ideal for an experienced legal practitioner ready to lead high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and handling complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
Conducting comprehensive due diligence for acquisition and investment transactions.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, and other transactional documents.
Providing legal opinions and strategic advice to clients regarding corporate governance and compliance issues.
Managing a team of junior associates and paralegals on transactional projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from an 'A'-accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
Possess a valid Official Record of Advocate Appointment (PERADI)
Minimum of 5 years' experience at a top-tier law firm, focusing on corporate/M&A.
Track record in handling cross-border transactions and multinational clients
Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written); minimum TOEFL ITP score of 600 or IELTS score of 7.0.

Education

Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from an ‘A’-accredited university (Universitas Indonesia, UGM, Unpad, Unair, or equivalent). A Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an overseas university is a significant advantage.
