About This Role

An opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a career within our Litigation team, which handles commercial resolutions, arbitration, and dispute resolution. This position is ideal for a law graduate who is passionate about litigation and ready to learn from experienced senior counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting a senior associate in handling commercial disputes in district courts, commercial courts, and arbitration proceedings.
Conducting in-depth legal research regarding jurisprudence and legislation.
Drafting powers of attorney, complaints, statements of defense, replies, rejoinders, and other litigation documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from an 'A'-accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
1–3 years of experience as an associate at a law firm, or substantial internship experience at a firm handling litigation.
Holding PERADI certification or currently in the process of obtaining it (considered an added value)

Education

Holds an S.H. degree from an ‘A’-accredited university. Experience in moot court competitions (Philip C. Jessup, ALSA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
